These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website niramikafashion.in ("Website"), operated by Niramika Fashion Private Limited ("Niramika Fashion", "we", "our", "us"), Surat, Gujarat, India. By accessing or purchasing from the Website you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility and Account

  • You must be at least 18 years of age, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • Information provided at registration and checkout must be accurate, current, and complete.

2. Products and Product Information

  • We make every effort to display saree colours, embroidery details, zari work, and fabric textures accurately. Minor variations may occur due to photography lighting and your screen settings, and are not defects.
  • Handloom and handcrafted products may carry small irregularities in weave or motif — these are characteristics of handcrafted work, not manufacturing defects.
  • Blouse pieces, where included, are supplied unstitched unless the product description states otherwise.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST for customers in India.
  • Prices, offers, and coupon codes may change or be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Orders already confirmed are honoured at the price paid.
  • Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways (cards, UPI, net banking). We do not store your complete card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.
  • For international orders, VAT, import duties, and local taxes of the destination country are borne by the customer.

4. Orders, Acceptance, and Cancellation

  • An order confirmation email or message means we have received your order; it is accepted when we dispatch the product.
  • We reserve the right to accept, limit, or cancel any order — including for stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or incomplete delivery information. If we cancel a paid order, the full amount is refunded as per our Refund Policy.
  • You may request cancellation of your order before it is dispatched by contacting support with your order number. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled and are governed by the Return Policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines, charges, and international delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or events beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, product images, photographs, text, branding elements, logos, and website content are the property of Niramika Fashion Private Limited and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Website — including attempting unauthorized access, scraping content for commercial reuse, placing fraudulent orders, uploading malicious code, or infringing the rights of others.

9. Reviews and Submitted Content

By submitting reviews, photos, or other content to the Website, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display that content on our Website and marketing channels. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or unrelated to the product.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niramika Fashion's total liability for any claim arising out of an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat.
