Refund Policy

This policy explains when a refund is applicable on Niramika Fashion orders, and how and when the money reaches you.

1. When a Refund Is Applicable

Refunds are applicable in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product and the return was approved under our Return Policy
  • Your order was cancelled before dispatch (by you or by us)
  • Your order could not be fulfilled due to stock unavailability or a pricing error
  • Payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed (failed transaction)

2. Reporting Timeline

Refund-related concerns for delivered products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order number and clear product images. Concerns raised after this window may not qualify.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

  • All payments on niramikafashion.in are made through our secure payment gateway. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method (card, UPI, or net banking) used at checkout.
  • Refunds are initiated after the returned product passes quality inspection, or immediately in the case of pre-dispatch cancellations and failed transactions.
  • Once initiated, refunds typically reflect in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. What Is Not Refunded

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing contrary to care instructions
  • Products reported after the 48-hour window
  • Sarees altered after delivery, including fall/pico work
  • Dress material / fabric orders and gift vouchers
  • Shipping charges, where applicable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product)

5. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If money was deducted but your order was not created, the amount is normally auto-reversed by the payment gateway or your bank within 5-7 business days. If it is not, contact us with the transaction reference and we will help track it with our payment provider.
