This policy explains how Niramika Fashion ships your order, what it costs, and how long delivery takes.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order any time at Track Your Order.
2. Shipping Charges (India)
- Free shipping on all orders of Rs. 999 and above.
- For orders below Rs. 999, the shipping charge is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
3. Delivery Timelines (India)
- Standard delivery takes 4-8 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
- Metro cities are usually at the faster end of this range; remote pincodes may take longer.
- Delivery estimates are indicative — courier delays, weather, and local conditions can affect them.
4. International Shipping
- We ship to selected countries. Availability and charges for your destination are shown at checkout.
- VAT, import duties, and local taxes of the destination country are borne by the customer and are payable as required by your local customs or to the courier at the time of delivery.
- International delivery timelines vary by destination and customs clearance.
5. Packaging
Every saree is quality-checked and packed securely before dispatch. If the outer packaging appears tampered with or damaged at delivery, please do not accept the parcel, or note the damage with the courier and contact us within 48 hours with photos — see our Return Policy.
6. Incorrect Address and Failed Delivery
- Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are complete and accurate. We are unable to redirect a parcel once dispatched.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges may apply.
